Chicago City Hall Facade Inspection

In accordance with the City of Chicago’s Exterior Wall Maintenance Ordinance, Bauer Latoza Studio conducted a Critical Examination of the exterior of the Chicago City Hall Building. Using swing-stage scaffolding, masonry conditions were documented from an up-close review.

The primary purpose of this meticulous review was to document the specific conditions of the exterior of the building. In addition, during the course of the examination, any potential loose material was removed or stabilized before moving on to the next area. The on-site examination of the building was followed up with a comprehensive report documenting findings and providing recommendations for future work.
