Project Architect

Our Project Architect position plays a primary role in all phases of architectural planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Role responsibilities will include both large and small projects, and may encompass renovation and new construction.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of professional experience. Successful candidates must demonstrate advanced skills using AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite programs as well as BlueBeam and Microsoft Office programs. Candidates must have a degree in Architecture and either be licensed or pursuing licensure. Candidates must be comfortable with multi-tasking, prioritizing demands, clearly delegating tasks, and team-wide communication and able to develop comprehensive construction documents with some independence

This position will best be filled by a candidate who possesses a genuine interest in a variety of project types and an appreciation of the technical aspects of design. Relevant experience will include roles on projects in the hospitality, education, and municipal sectors.  Some experience with renovation and/or preservation is essential. Work with public agencies is helpful.
