The University of Chicago Campus is a premier academic and research institution located in both Hyde Park and Woodlawn neighborhoods of Chicago's Southside. The University engaged in a major campus planning and building program that included new student residences, hospitals, parking structures and academic facilities.

As a member of teh Ayers/Saint/Gross campus planning team, BauerLatoza Studio provided consultant services for site and landscape planning and building analysis. BauerLatoza Studio's work focused on redevelopment activities within the University's West Campus and the South Midway Campus.
