BauerLatoza Studio is providing design development for the expansion of the existing Hyatt Regency in Delhi, India. The hotel was the first Hyatt in India and built as part of the landmark Bhikaiji Cama Place Development. The expansion respects the early modernist design intentions of this development including its chiseled forms and rusticated stone palette.
The expansion consists of a new 12-story mixed use tower and ballroom addition. Included within the new facilities will be:
- Serviced apartments (6 floors)
- Leasable office space (6 floors)
- Spa and fitness center expansion ( 3,250 square feet))
- Ballroom (8,000 square feet)
- Meeting rooms
- Landscaped roof terrace
