In order to revitalize Garfield Park, BauerLatoza Studio led a team of eleven consultants in a two-part project which includes: 1) the creation of a Framework Plan to guide the long term development of Garfield Park, and 2) the design and implementation of the new 1.5 million dollar community gardens that were constructed in early 2004.
