Project Manager

Bauer Latoza Studio is currently reviewing candidates for the position of Project Manager with a focus on Construction Administration. This position is appropriate for either an Architect or an Engineer, and offers a competitive compensation and benefit package.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and processing of RFI’s, submittals, daily construction reports (using web-based systems);
  • Maintain and update project record documents, correspondence logs, construction progress photos;
  • Initiate and maintain tracking of permits, flagging orders, infrastructure requests, and resource utilization;
  • Daily administrative duties and other work as assigned to support the Project Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years of professional experience in construction-phase services, and must have a degree in Architecture or Engineering. Please see below for application instructions.



Bauer Latoza Studio is also reviewing candidates for the Architect position. This position is responsible for architectural planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration. The Architect collaborates with other in-house architects, outside consultants, and owners’ representatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of professional experience. Successful candidates must demonstrate advanced skills using AutoCAD, Sketch  Up, and Adobe Creative Suite programs. Experience with REVIT is desirable. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. The Architect position includes a competitive compensation and benefit package.
