We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team of design and management professionals. The position works directly with the Principals in coordinating and implementing aspects of the firm’s marketing plan. Primary responsibilties include the strategic planning and implementation of proposal and qualifications submissions and presentations, and overseeing the creation and updating of marketing materials, web site, reports, and databases. We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic team player and has the ability to work with mulitple levels of senior management and design professionals within the organization and with our partnering consultants.
This position offers opportunities for advancement for those who have the potential and drive to meet challenges and grow with the company. You must be able to communicate an interest in and knowledge of the design profession.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing, communications, or business, and a minimum of four years marketing experience in an A/E/C firm. Exposure to Business Development practices is a plus. Successful candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication and management skills, a strong attention to detail, a great eye for design, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
