A Critical Examination in compliance with the City of Chicago’s Exterior Wall Maintenance Ordinance was performed along with a window survey. The information from the Critical Examination developed into construction documents for the required repair and window replacement program. Additionally, an existing conditions survey of building components and systems including architectural, MEP and Fire Protection systems was performed. A Capital Facilities Maintenance Plan was developed that recommended budgets and phasing of work for the next 10 years.
