The project included programming services, interior and exterior building assessments, space planning and feasibility studies for two University of Chicago campus buildings, the 60,000 SF former and vacant Illinois Bell building and the 9,300 SF Ida Noyes Hall.

The prospective Illinois Bell Building occupants included the University Comptroller offices, and the Toyota Technological Institute. The prospective Ida Noyes Hall occupant was the University Theater Shops.
