BauerLatoza Studio was commissioned by the State of Illinois, Capital Development Board to provide a Program Analysis Report including a Critical Exam, Construction Documents and perform Construction Administration Services.

The Program Analysis included the history of masonry repairs and their successes and failures through an examination of current site conditions, documentation of selective inspection openings and the review of record documents with associated costs.
