BauerLatoza Studio was commissioned to perform the Façade Critical Examination of twelve high rise properties. This work was required by the City of Chicago’s Exterior Wall Maintenance Ordinance.

The Façade Critical Examination included a hands-on inspection of 100% of the terra cotta clad façade and 50% of the non-terra cotta facades. It was conducted with swing stage drops and included various inspection openings.
