One of Chicago’s most popular weekly newspapers, the Chicago Reader rehabilitated 12,000 SF on three floors of the paper’s building. The open office design capitalizes directly on the features and materials of the building, showcasing the wooden beams and floor structures of the converted loft building. A new internal stair streamlines inner-office circulation.
