BauerLatoza Studio was commissioned by the University of Chicago to provide feasibility, design and construction services for the 90,000-square foot building. Project included the complete exterior and interior renovation with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. A new interior atrium was added with new walkway bridges.
