BauerLatoza Studio was commissioned by the University of Illinois at Chicago to design two new buildings and rehabilitate the interior and exterior of six existing structures encompassing 91,500 square feet of building area. The buildings, contain both office and retail spaces, and are located at the main commercial avenue along South Halsted and Maxwell Streets.
