As managing architect, BauerLatoza Studio developed the program for the complete rehabilitation of this 145,000 sf school. The first phase focused on the exterior facade renovation, window, door, and roof replacement, and exterior lighting upgrades. The second phase centered on the total rehabilitation of the interior - including MEP systems, classrooms, library, assembly hall, gymnasium, lunchrooms, art studios and offices.
